Bailiff | Alpha Detective Agency has a Bailiff division (Alpha Collection Services). We deal with Commercial Rent, Forfeiture of Lease, Penalty Fines, Traveller Evictions and General Debt Collection work. All Bailiff's have a County Court Certificate and bonds of £10,000.00 as required by law. We have both inhouse Bailiff's and fee-earner Bailiff's ready to take your instructions now. Surveillance | From marital surveillance to Corporate Moonlighting cases we have the knowledge and technology to conduct your case legally and effectively. We have usage of a specialist surveillance van if the need arises and motorbike operatives for difficult subjects. All surveillance cases are discussed in detail with the client before hand so as to comply with Data Protection Regulations.
