Established in 1999, Alpha Detective Agency is an English based Private Investigation, Process Server and Commercial Bailiff Company providing services to the Legal Profession, Finance Houses, Commercial Organisations and Private Individuals.

We specialise in Process Serving, Accident Investigation, Commercial Bailiff work and Status enquiries. Our head office is based in Crawley, West Sussex. We also have offices in Worthing, Teynham (Medway) and Stoke on Trent. Combined we cover all of Sussex, Kent, Surrey, Essex, Derbyshire, Hampshire, Lincolnshire, London and Staffordshire. The firm also has Fee-Earner agents covering the rest of the UK and the World. 

Overview of Our Services  

Process Servers | Our Process Servers act across the UK in all matters of Process from Statutory Demands and Bankruptcy Petitions to ASBO's and Non-Molestation Orders. All Process Server assignments will be undertaken on a fixed fee basis. Please see our Process Serving page here. We are corporate members of the UK-Process Serving Association (UK-PSA) and our Managing Director is the Chairman of the same organisation.

Bailiff | Alpha Detective Agency has a Commercial Bailiff department. We deal with Commercial Rent Collection, Forfeiture of Lease, Traveller Evictions (Gypsy Removal) and General Debt Collection work. All Bailiff's have a County Court Certificate and bonds of £10,000.00 as required by law. We have both inhouse Bailiff's and fee-earner Bailiff's ready to take your instructions now. Our Bailiff's cover all of England and Wales but especially Kent, Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire, London and Berkshire.

Tracing | Need to Trace a Debtor or a gone away? Trying to Trace a lost loved one? WE CAN HELP! We have access to specialist tracing databases, credit checking facilities and are experts in good old fashioned door to door enquiries. Surveillance | From marital surveillance to Corporate Moonlighting cases we have the knowledge and technology to conduct your case legally and effectively. We have usage of a specialist surveillance van if the need arises and motorbike surveillance operatives for difficult subjects. All surveillance cases are discussed in detail with the client before hand so as to comply with Data Protection Regulations.

Status Reports | For our corporate clients we conduct status reporting (Means Reports) of Debtors and Potential Defendants in Litigation. Our Clients include two major high street banks and three household name Insurance Companies.

Accident Investigation | We have specialist Accident Investigators on hand to conduct both Private and Commercial Insurance Work along with Criminal Action Investigations & Defence work. Private Investigation | We undertake all forms of Private Investigation. Our Investigators are trained in all manor of general investigation duties including outdoor court work, mystery shopping, locus reporting, statement taking, theft investigations, missing persons investigations and missing pet investigations.
