Process Serving

 

Our Process Servers act across the United Kingdom (and the Globe if required) in all matters of Process from Statutory Demands and Bankruptcy Petitions to ASBO's and Non-Molestation Orders …….and anything in-between!
 
We are corporate members of the UK-Process Serving Association (UK-PSA) and our Managing Director is the current Chairman of the same organisation, thus ensuring quality and efficiency in our standards.

3 levels of Process Serving
 
Standard Service | This service will have an officer attempt service within 3 days of receiving the documents. Up to 3 process serve attempts are made by virtue of the instruction fee and a brief report will be issued at the end of the case. An Affidavit or Certificate of Service is provided as required.
 
Collection Service | Here we collect your documents personally from either your office OR the Court in question. Service is then concluded as per the Standard Service Procedure. 
 
Same Day Service | This service allows for us to serve (or attempt to serve) on the same day we receive your documents. If required we can also collect your documents from any location in the UK.
