All
Process
Serving
assignments
will be
undertaken
on a
fixed
fee
basis.
We offer
three
levels
of
Process
Serving
Service:
Standard
Service

service
will
have an
officer
attempt
service
within 3
days of
receiving
the
documents.
Up to 3
attempts
are made
by
virtue
of the
instruction
fee. An
Affidavit
or
Certificate
of
Service
is
provided
as
required.
Collection
Service
|
Here we
collect
your
documents
personally
from
either
your
office
OR the
Court in
question.
Service
is then
concluded
as per
the
Standard
Service
Procedure.
Same
Day
Service
| This
service
allows
for us
to serve
(or
attempt
to
serve)
on the
same day
we
receive
your
documents.
If
required
we can
also
collect
your
documents
from any
location
within
10 miles
of one
of our
offices
free of
charge*
