The aim of the Certificated Bailiff 1 Day taught Course is to give students a foundation level of knowledge to understand who and what a Certificated Bailiff is and how to make an application for a Certificated to Levy Distress (the “licence” required to become a Bailiff).
The course will show the student the job role of a certificated bailiff, levying and how to do this, the law and legalities of certificated bailiff work and discuss and show the forms required to be submitted to Court when making a certificate application.
We talk over the Distress for Rent Act and CRAR legislation and a certificate of attendance is giving to students who attend the course and pass a small test at the end of the day.
