Established in 1999, Alpha Detective Agency Limited is an Investigation firm operating throughout the United Kingdom and Western Europe. We also run a highly successful Commercial Bailiff division in mainland England and Wales.

 
Our head office is based in Crawley, West Sussex and we have three further satellite offices located in Chatham, Stoke on Trent and Manchester.
 
We provide services to the Legal Profession, Finance Houses, Insurance Companies, Commercial Organisations and Private Individuals.
 
Specialising in Process Serving, Accident Investigation, Commercial Bailiff work and Status enquiries, along with the more traditional Private Investigation services, the firm also has Fee-Earner agents covering the rest of the UK and the World available to help you with any task at short notice.

David Clare - Managing Director
 
David formerly worked for the Metropolitan Police Service before becoming a Private Investigator in 1999 after leaving the force. He is a Certificated Bailiff and accredited Accident Investigator as well as a published author of Investigation and Enforcement training manuals/books.
 
Vicki Clare - Company Secretary
 
Vicki has a vast skill set in both new start up business development and business administration. She operates her own business and acts as the Alpha Detective Agency Limited Company Secretary on a retained consultancy basis.
 
James Diver – Head of B2B Division
 
James has been with Alpha for 10 years working his way up from an office manager after leaving the military to the Head of the B2B Division in 2005. James is an accredited trainer and holds qualifications in Management and Business.
 
Mike Gunn – Head of Enforcement Division
 
Mike formerly worked as a Senior Enforcement Officer for Capita before joining Alpha in a management role. In 2005 Mike and James Diver set up the B2B Direct Enforcement side to the business after Mike discovered the niche gap in the market.
 
Mark Clare - Consultant
 
Mark is a retained Consultant for Alpha Detective Agency having almost 30 years Senior Management experience in the Security, Manned Guarding and Enforcement Industries. Among his many qualifications Mark is a Certificated Bailiff and also runs his own Enforcement business in Kent.
