About the Alpha Detective Agency

Alpha Detective Agency Ltd is an Investigation & Bailiff company, providing specialist Accident Investigators, Enquiry Agents, Process Servers and Certificated Bailiff’s to the legal sector.  From our West Sussex base, and our satellite offices in Kent and Yorkshire, we work alongside clients all over the UK. 

 

Our team is headed by David Clare, a qualified Accident Investigator and Certificated Bailiff.  Founded in 1999, Alpha Detective Agency Ltd is recognised as a leader in the provision of legal services to SME sized law firms.
We have a philosophy that puts quality client care and going the extra mile to achieve outstanding results as standard practice.
 
“Having left the Metropolitan Police Service in 1999 I went about setting up Alpha Detective Agency. I developed a specific interest in Accident Investigation and Debt related investigations and once started my business philosophy and dedication paid off to create what is now thought of as a ‘must use’ investigation firm by numerous legal clients.  I joined the industry in a time when training and development were virtually unheard of and I decided that I wanted to create a different kind of investigation firm.  Alpha Detective Agency has always been a leader in its field, we approached the investigation industry with the concept of breaking down barriers and leading from the front, and through our training programs many practicing investigators in the United Kingdom today have either attended one of our seminars or been on one of our training courses.”

Beyond Alpha Detective Agency David is the current Chairman of the UK Process Servers Association, a Certificated Bailiff, Qualified Investigation Trainer and an amusing after diner speaker.
David lives in his West Sussex home with his wife Victoria.  When not working, he can often be found clay shooting, paragliding or undertaking an epic challenge such as his upcoming unaided 250km husky trek in the Arctic circle from Norway into Sweden.
